Does Photobari use my photos to train AI?
No. Photobari never uses uploaded photos to train AI models, on any plan. It is not an opt-in default and not done for internal models. The site's robots.txt also blocks AI training crawlers from every gallery page.
Do people need an account to view a Photobari gallery?
No. A Photobari share link opens directly on any device, at full quality, with no sign-up and no email capture. A photographer can add a password or PIN to a gallery, but a viewer is never forced to create an account.
Is Photobari free?
Photobari's free tier is 5 GB with three albums and full-resolution originals, with zero commission, and it stays free. The paid Garden plan is $36 per year (or $5 per month) for 15 GB and unlimited albums.
Does Photobari take a commission on photo sales?
No. Photobari charges zero commission on anything sold through it, on every plan including the free tier.
Are photos downscaled or compressed?
No. Every screen, phones included, gets a visually lossless image up to 2560 pixels, and one tap downloads the untouched original. There is no secretly-compressed mobile viewer.
Does Photobari store the GPS location in my photos?
No. Photobari reads only a narrow allowlist of EXIF fields (camera, lens, focal length, aperture, shutter, ISO and capture date) and never parses or stores GPS coordinates, so a photo's shoot location does not leave your own machine.
What happens to my photos if I stop paying?
You drop back to the free tier rather than losing access. Nothing is deleted while you are within the free tier's 5 GB limit, and a full-resolution export is available at any time.
